We purchased a home in Oakville in 2009, and Angie was our representative. We recommend her to anyone looking for a home or selling a home, without reservation.
Angie has a thorough and professional system which guided us through the process, and she fully disclosed our rights and her obligations.
She quickly understood our needs and we wasted little time seeing homes that were inappropriate for us. She quickly responded to telephone and e-mail inquiries 7 days a week. She also made us feel very comfortable and has a very positive and pleasant attitude.
She proved to be a strong negotiator and obtained a home for us at a lower price than we anticipated, with more appliance inclusions than the sellers were willing to give.
She is thoroughly familiar with Oakville and was able to recommend very good lawyers, a moving company and contractors. She added a lot of value to our process.
