The first time home buyers are driving the market.  The first 3 months showed the most activity in homes priced between $250,000 and $350,000.  So far April looks like we are seeing an increase in home sales between $500,000 and $600,000.  And so the cycle continues and trade-up buyers are benefitting from this market.
